Welcome to the Forest Hill Association, which has been serving the residents of the Forest Hill subdivision in San Francisco, California for nearly one hundred years.

Ours is a community in which people can still know their neighbors, one which still holds large get-togethers several times a year, one with a sense of identity and place that is unique. Located in the heart of the San Francisco, Forest Hill still has the feel and tranquility of a small town.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Forest Hill Association is inviting bids from contractors for its Clubhouse Renovation project. View the RFP here to provide cost estimating services and the Renovation Master Plan below for scope of construction project and submit your bid directly via email to Paul Cooper by September 28th, 5:00 PM. The goal is that the final construction documents will come out for bidding this spring.







In the past several years, we have been working dilligently on the clubhouse renovation project and are working with architectural firm Carey & Co. Inc. We thank you for your continuing participation.

We had a community meeting on July 29th, 2012 at the clubhouse with about 50 participates to discuss the Clubhouse Renovation, thank you to all those who attended. See the powerpoint presentation that was given and the meeting notes taken from this meeting.
